Join the GUÉPART programme
A supported, people-centred path towards recovery and change
Following a first programme cycle with the addiction service at Albert-Chenevier Hospital in Créteil (AP-HP), GUÉPART is preparing the next stage and looking to develop new partnerships. Participation in each cycle is planned with the individual, their care team and the partner organisation. Contact us to learn about future opportunities to take part.

The GUÉPART programme is a therapeutic approach that complements conventional treatment. It was initially developed in collaboration with the Addiction Service at Albert-Chenevier Hospital in Créteil (GHU Mondor - AP-HP - 94). It forms part of a structured care pathway and in no way replaces conventional detoxification treatment. Instead, it provides aftercare to help consolidate recovery.
Who is the programme for?
The GUÉPART programme is for adults who:
are experiencing addiction (alcohol, drugs, medication…),
are in a phase of stabilisation or recovery,
are receiving care from an addiction service,
are ready to commit fully to a process of change.
⚠️ This programme complements conventional medical care.
It is intended for people who have already begun receiving treatment.
How are participants selected?
Step 1
Referral by your care team or direct application
Step 2
A discussion about your motivation
Physical health assessment
Step 3
The addiction service at the partner organisation identifies patients who may benefit from the programme. If your care provider is not yet a partner, you can also apply to us directly. The GUÉPART team can guide you or carefully consider your application.
A member of the GUÉPART team meets with the person to discuss their motivation, commitment and expectations.
A sports medicine doctor assesses whether the person can comfortably take part in the journey, considering mobility, physical exertion, climate and other factors.

Why work with a medical partner?
The GUÉPART project is still developing and aims to open up to other addiction services in France in the coming years. Following the first cycle developed with the addiction service at Albert-Chenevier Hospital, each new cycle will be designed jointly with a partner organisation, to coordinate GUÉPART’s support with participants’ medical care.
A medically supervised setting focused on safety
Participation is planned with the care team and partner organisation, following medical approval.
The cycle forms part of each participant’s care pathway
It complements their existing treatment

How the programme works

Time immersed in a remote natural setting, with support from healthcare professionals and the GUÉPART team.
Therapeutic workshops mainly in the form of themed support groups, organised with the partner organisation to continue the work begun during the cycle.
The GUÉPART programme follows a therapeutic cycle lasting 4 to 5 months, divided into three phases:
Pre-journey workshops
A therapeutic journey away from daily routines
Post-journey workshops
Duration: 2 months
Duration: 2 months
Duration: 2 weeks
Financial contribution
Financial arrangements are determined for each programme cycle, depending on how it is organised and funded.
There are two routes: programme cycles made accessible through the support GUÉPART seeks to secure; and cycles delivered with private partner organisations, for which participants cover the actual cost.
The conditions for participation are explained before any commitment is made. Contact us to discuss the options available for your situation.
GUÉPART is gradually developing and rolling out its programme. The first cycle took place with Albert-Chenevier Hospital’s addiction service in Créteil (AP-HP). Future cycles will involve other partners. Each partnership aims to coordinate the programme with participants’ medical care, supported by experienced professionals.
I would like to take part. What should I do?
